Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached and in original packaging
Non-returnable items
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimates, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to initiate a return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
